When will I receive my order?
We aim to deliver your order within 5 working days to the UK, 8 working days to the EU and 14 workings days outside the EU.

I have changed my mind and wish to cancel my order.
If you would like to cancel your order before it has been despatched please e-mail shop@museumwales.ac.uk. We will then issue a full refund.

Can I return my order?
If you have changed your mind and would like to return your order please e-mail us at shop@museumwales.ac.uk. Goods can be returned in original condition within 14 working days for a refund. Please return goods to NMGW Enterprises Ltd, Cathays Park, Cardiff CF10 3NP.

What do I do if my order arrives damaged or faulty?
We will take great care to make sure your order arrives safely, however if your order is damaged we will send a replacement or issue a full refund.

Do I need a PayPal account to order from you?
No. After clicking ‘Place my order’ please then click on ‘Pay with a debit or credit card’ to complete your order.

Do you deliver to addresses outside the UK?
